Why we built it
Small and growing ISPs across Kenya are connecting estates, towns and markets with fibre and Wi-Fi. Most of them run billing on spreadsheets and M-Pesa messages, provision routers by hand, and lose equipment when customers leave.
That work does not need a person. A payment can reconnect a customer, an expired account can be suspended on time, and a technician's phone can refuse to close a job that is not finished. DeeISP360 does those things so ISP teams can spend their time on their network and their customers.
