Pricing questions

What counts as an active subscriber?
Any PPPoE, static or hotspot account that is active or in its grace period during the month. Suspended, expired and churned accounts do not count, and one-off hotspot voucher users count only while their pass runs.
Is there a setup fee?
Standard onboarding (connecting M-Pesa, linking routers, setting packages and importing customers) is included. Large migrations or custom work are quoted before we start.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly by M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer or card. Invoices include VAT and are sent to the owner's email.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
You keep working. Extra active subscribers are billed per subscriber at your plan's rate, and we will tell you if moving up a plan is cheaper.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down. Upgrades start at once with the difference prorated; downgrades start at your next renewal.
What does SMS cost?
Each plan includes SMS units every month. Beyond that, units are billed at the gateway's cost, or you can connect your own SMS account.
What if I stop paying?
We remind you, then your portal becomes read-only after 10 days and is suspended after 14. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it.
